She knows what she is doing and does it with grace and the knowledge her customer needs to have to feel comfortable during a time that can be stressful for some. We’ve been doing our taxes on our own for the past few year and decided to take them to a professional this year. I’m so glad we did. Connie was amazing! This place sucks it has been the worst place I have ever filed at. They had screwed my taxes up so bad going on 2 years now and I still have not got them back.

There are very few people in the world I would trust as much as Pam with Elite Tax Service. She is always the most patient and flexible in working with us. Our taxes have always been a pain, but we've had a couple of curve balls the last couple of years and I knew I was in over my head. This year I was significantly delayed in doing anything and needed an extension, it wasn't a headache to get done, and working me in to finally file was a breeze. We talked about the changes we needed to do for this tax year to not have surprises next year and she even gave me some information on other business that could help with different aspects of ours. I consider my fee's incredibly reasonable for the amount of stuff that has to be done for our return, and to be honest I would pay just about anything to not have to deal with it myself. All and all it's a wonderful experience dealing with Elite and not many can say that about doing taxes. I do appreciate the ability to reach someone in the off season if I need something!

Fast friendly locally owned tax service who provides bookkeeping and payroll services as well. Booked with Pam for the past couple of years and you should too. She will treat you right and provide good professional services!

I had gone to Elite taxes for the first time this year to have them go over my last years taxes because I didn't think they were done correctly. They went over them with us and after all was said and done I only owed one third of what I was originally told. I was ecstatic. I highly recommend anyone going to Elite Taxes . Top notch quality and professionalism with a still connected hometown feel. Excellent service. Very good location. Don’t know why anyone would want to go to a national chain for taxes when you have a great alternative like this. You will not get the personal touch from the national chains like you will here.
